HINOMARU SHOKUDO Shimbashi-so-honten [Izakaya] ~ Shimbashi

We select sea foods and vegetable from mainly Nagahama market in Hakata (Fukuoka).
We use “Yamato kiwami-tori”, which is pure species and origin and that we breed, for yakitori, oyako-don; we strictly selected the materials and serving.

We select the alcohol brand for connoisseur. There are lots of deliciousness here that Japanese Yatai culture made.
